Llano ISD Registration Process and Forms

To enroll in Llano ISD, please complete the Skyward Online New Student Registration and submit the following documents for your Student:
  1. Birth Certificate
  2. Social Security Card
  3. Transcript (required for high school)
  4. Last Report Card
  5. Immunizations
  6. Your Recent Utility Bill
  7. Request for Records (Form below)
  8. Home Language Survey (Form below)
*If you are living with someone and the utility bill is not in your name, please complete the Residency Affidavit or Guardianship Certification, depending on your situation.  Submit the utility bill of the person you are living with and a picture of their ID (Forms below).
 
Please complete the Withdrawal Form and Home School Form and return to your campus Registrar if you are homeschooling your child (Forms below).
